Kanzei
Like our signature product Kyōkanze, Kanzei is also based on a famous well near our Kyoto Main Store called “Kanze Ido.”
Red bean based dough is rolled into a thin sheet, cut into ovals, marked with the iconic water ripple shape, then grilled on both sides on a hot plate. The texture is close to a soft cookie.
