Tsumugi Uta
Tsumugi Uta is a baked bun filled with red bean paste and chestnuts.
Our main store is located in the Nishijin Area which is known as the textile center of Kyoto and for producing distinctive fabric called "Nishijin-Ori" used in kimonos and obi sashes.
Its distinctive shape was inspired by the shape of silk pods, vital in the production of kimono fabric.
